SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGEMENT OF CONTEXT DATA IN UBIQUITOUS COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT

A system and a method for managing context information for a context recognition service are provided to store and manage content through context ontology designed according to a ubiquitous computing environment and an OWL(Ontology Web Language) document proposed from W3C(World Wide Web Consortium). A context information input part(100) receives the content information received through diverse paths. A content information analyzing/storing part(200) converts the context information into OWL data by referring to predetermined context ontology(300) and stores the converted OWL data to a relational database system(1000). A context information searcher(500) determines an optimal service by interpreter diverse context information and searches the needed context information from the relation database system. The context information analyzing/storing part includes a content information interpreter, an OWL parser, and an N-triple converter.
