Provided is a wheelchair with a lifting device by using an armrest hinge and a frame hinge to adjust the height of the wheelchair depending on the height of a bed or a vehicle. The wheelchair includes an armrest hinge(28), pivotally installed on a hinge shaft which is installed on a seat bracket(26), having an armrest frame(27) and a guide shaft installed on the armrest hinge for pivoting the armrest hinge within a range of an arc-shaped longitudinal hole formed on the seat bracket. A lower portion of the wheelchair consists of a lower frame(2) and a front lower frame(4) connected to the lower frame by a frame hinge(3). A moving shaft is movably installed on the longitudinal hole.
