A bicycle having a trailer is provided to minimize power loss by directly transmitting power generated from a pedal to a transmission shaft installed in the front side of the trailer and individually driving a pair of trailer wheels by the transmission shaft. A bicycle(20) is composed of a handle frame(22) having a handle installed at the upper side and a front wheel(25) mounted at the lower side; a first main frame(211) of which one end is combined to the handle frame; a second main frame(212) having one end joined with the first main frame and the other end equipped with a saddle(214); and a drive sprocket(213) combined to a connecting part between the first and second main frames and equipped with a pedal. A trailer(30) comprises a body unit(31) having a receiving space placing articles; a rear wheel(32) installed to rotary shafts formed at both sides of the body unit; and a brake drum braking the rear wheel. A transmission shaft is combined at the bottom side of the body unit of the trailer by a bearing to freely rotate. A transmission(35) comprising plural sprockets having different number of gear teeth is installed in the transmission shaft and connected to the drive sprocket by a chain. Side sprockets are installed at both ends of the outside of the transmission shaft and connected to a rear sprocket installed at the rotary shaft by the chain.
