<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumed at a standby mode. <P>SOLUTION: When a command showing a usual power operation mode is received, a first continue/stop unit 16 is controlled to continue feeding a first modulator 15 with a second voltage V2, and a second continue/stop unit 19 is controlled to continue feeding a first signal generator 18 with a third voltage V3.
