<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of accurately recognizing the internal state of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A primary state decision unit 150 determines the general internal state of a fuel cell 20 in accordance with the high-frequency and low-frequency impedance signals supplied from an impedance computation unit 140. A secondary state decision unit 160 determines what puts a fuel into a fault state (i.e., details for internal state of the fuel cell 20) using a moisture balance monitor 161 and a fuel gas purity monitor 162 upon receipt of information notifying the fault state of the fuel from the primary state decision unit 150. An air supply control unit 170, a fuel gas supply control unit 180, and a moisture balance control unit 190, perform the control necessary for recovering the relevant system to the normal operational status in accordance with the notice from the secondary state decision unit 160 and others, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
