PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and a method for displaying an ultrasonic diagnostic image by which an ultrasonic image obtained by composing the advantages of both of a B-mode (brightness mode) image and an imaging mode image is displayed on a monitor. SOLUTION: A B-mode image obtaining part 21 obtains the B-mode image of an examined part, and an imaging mode image obtaining part 22 using a contrast agent obtains the imaging mode image of the examined part. A superimposed image processing part 43 carries out superimposing processing of the B-mode image obtained by the B-mode image obtaining part 21 and the imaging mode image obtained by the imaging mode image obtaining part 22. An image composed by the superimposed image processing part 43 is displayed on an image display part 60, and the position, the shape, the size, the color, etc. of an ROI (noticing part) are set optionally.
