PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool electronic components while making the outside size of a case small. SOLUTION: The battery pack is provided with an inner pack 4 in which a plurality of secondary batteries 1 and a first circuit board 2 are housed in an inner case 3 of box shape, an outer case 5 which houses the inner pack 4, and a second circuit board 6 which is installed between this outer case 5 and the inner case 3. The plurality of secondary batteries 1 are housed in the inner case 3 in mutually parallel posture arranged in a row or a plurality of rows on a face parallel to the inner face of the inner case 3. The first circuit board 2 is installed between the inner face of the inner case 3 and the secondary batteries 1 in a posture in parallel with the inner face of the inner case 3. Furthermore, the inner case 3 houses the secondary batteries 1 and the first circuit board 2 inside by splitting the top plate 3a and the bottom plate 3b to both sides in the middle, and dividing into a case unit 3A of cross-sectionally U-shape, and then connecting the pair of case units 3A.
