PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cooker increasing reflectivity of a light collecting portion by a substrate in the parasol type solar cooker, easily assembled and disassembled, and taking less space for carrying and storage. SOLUTION: A reflecting surface of this parasol-type solar cooker is formed by sticking a polyester film on which aluminum is deposited, to polyester substrate, and the polyester substrate is heated in advance to be thermally shrunk, thus the shrinkage of polyester substrate by heat is prevented when it is stuck to the polyester film. This solar cooker is composed of the parasol-type light collecting portion 10, main ribs 11, support ribs 12, a shaft 13, main rib runners 14, tip rings 15, support rib runners 16, the reflective substrate (reflective surface) 18, a plastic long body 19, a slit 18a, a fastener 18b, a supporting table 20, and a heat collecting table 30.
