PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit floor material which prevents a gap from being formed by the drilling waste generated upon fixing a woody plate material to a synthetic resin trestle by a screw or the like. SOLUTION: The unit floor material includes the synthetic resin trestle 4 having a connection part for connection with the adjacent unit floor material, and the woody plate material 5 arranged and joined onto the trestle 4. A recess part is formed at least in one of the trestle 4 and the woody plate material 5 to allow the drilling waste generated upon joining of the trestle 4 and the plate material 5 to escape.
