PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control lock device capable of locking and unlocking a lock with a small force without directly operating a connection member by a key mechanism, having high crime prevention property, and capable of being smoothly operated. SOLUTION: In this remote control lock device, an operation part 1 is connected to a locking part 2 through the connection member 3, and the cross bar 18 of the locking part 2 is advanced through the connection member 3 according to the operation of the operation part 1 for locking. The holding of a locked state and unlocking are performed by the key mechanism 8 installed in the operation part 1. The locking and unlocking operations can be performed with the small force without directly operating the connection member 3 by the key mechanism 8 since the lock device is so formed that the operation of the connection member 3 is approximately linearly performed at least in the operation part 1. Furthermore, the operation of the connection member 3 for locking can be smoothly performed without producing stress such as bending, the connection member 3 is not damaged even if the lock device is used over a long period.
