PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-skid floor having anti-skid performance for a long time by enhancing the adhesion of a resin forming an anti-skid layer and aggregate included in the resin to hardly allow the aggregate from being separated, and an anti-skid floor construction method. SOLUTION: The aggregate 41 of which the outer surface is treated with a silane coupling agent having a functional group such as an epoxy group, an amino group or a vinyl group is embedded at least partly in a resin material 31 such as a polyurethane resin, a polyurea resin, an epoxy resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, a vinyl ester resin, or a methyl methacrylate resin.
