PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with a decorative molding and its manufacturing method, capable of inexpensively manufacturing and extremely easily renewing the decorative sheet with the decorative molding superior in processing accuracy, with excellent workability, even in complicated design, without introducing an expensive wood working machine, in the decorative sheet used for fittings, furniture and an internal facing material. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is composed of a base material, a surface material stuck to its surface and a predetermined decorative molding, and is formed by arranging a joint with the decorative molding on the surface material. The surface material is composed of the decorative molding arranged so as to mutually interpose an end surface between a plurality of surface decorative units in an abutting state, and the joint with the predetermined decorative molding is formed of the decorative molding.
