PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper connecting structure, easy in laying, providing the strong connection, simplifying a structure, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: In this sleeper connecting structure 1, a plurality of connecting members 12 and 13 projecting in the track direction are arranged on both longitudinal side surfaces of a sleeper 11, and fitting parts 12a and 13a engaging in at least any direction of the longitudinal direction or the vertical direction of the sleeper 11 are arranged in longitudinal end part of the connecting members 12 and 13, and the mutual connecting members 12 and 13 of the adjacent sleeper 11 are mutually butted and connected by fitting both fitting parts 12a and 13a.
