PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool installing structure of a blind capable of surely fixing an operation tool, by easily positioning the operation tool. SOLUTION: A groove part 18a is formed on a weight bar 18 arranged on the lower end of the blind, and a holder 22 attached with the operation tool 20 of the blind is inserted into the groove part 18a. The holder 22 is provided with a hole part 22a inserting one end part of a pull cord 20b of the operation tool 20 and a groove part 22b storing a swelling part 20c formed on one end of the pull cord 20b. The groove part 18a can sandwich the swelling part 20c in the vicinity of the hole part 22a together with the groove part 18a. The holder 22 is pressed to the groove part 18a and fixed in the groove part 18a by sandwiching the swelling part 20c of the operation tool 20 in the vicinity of the hole part 22a.
