PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter in a chip conveyer, restraining a chip from entering a sealing chamber to improve the filter performance, and improving the sealing ability and durability of a sealing mechanism. SOLUTION: A filtering disc plate 49 for filtering waste liquid of a coolant supplied from an opening part 34a of a holder 34 is rotatably supported in a predetermined position. The sealing mechanism 61 is disposed on the outer peripheral edge of the filtering disc plate 49 to prevent waste liquid from moving from the opening part 34a to bypass the lower side of the filtering disc plate 49 to the filtrate storing tank side. A nozzle 70 for supplying filtrate to a sealing chamber 68 of the sealing mechanism 61 is fitted to the holder 34. Chips which are about to enter the sealing chamber 68 from a filter chamber E between the holder 34 and the filtering disc plate 49 through a labyrinth passage 69 are restrained by the filtrate of the coolant supplied from the nozzle 70 into the sealing chamber 68.
