PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasty dental bleaching material enabling hydrogen peroxide to be preserved stably for a long period, good in adhesion to teeth surface with viscosity comparable to those of conventional ones, slight in damaging teeth due to pH, and high in teeth bleaching efficiency. SOLUTION: The pasty dental bleaching material consists of such a composition that a powdery hydrogen peroxide-polyvinylpyrrolidone composite is compounded at 10-50 wt.% in a liquid component, or comprises such a pasty first component that a powdery hydrogen peroxide-polyvinylpyrrolidone composite is compounded at 10-50 wt.% in a liquid component and such a pasty second component that a catalyst activating hydrogen peroxide and a thickening agent are compounded at 0.01-10 wt.% and 1-70 wt.%, respectively, in a liquid component.
