摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of an optically active monoaminotriester derivative, which is important as an intermediate in pharmaceutical fields etc., having a heteroaromatic group at its terminal; and an industrially advantageous preparation method of an optically activeα-amino acid derivative. SOLUTION: In the method for preparing the optically active monoaminotriester derivative having a heteroaromatic group at its terminal, an optically active amino acid derivative having a leaving group at its terminal and a heteroaromatic substituted malonic acid diester derivative are subjected to a coupling reaction. In addition, a new method is provided, wherein an optically activeα-amino acid derivative having a heteroaromatic group at its terminal is prepared almost without degrading optical purity by subjecting the ester groups of the monoaminotriester derivative to hydrolysis and decarboxylation.
