PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent an engaged condition of engaging parts of side walls at first approximately vertically erected with engaging frames of side walls afterward approximately vertically erected from releasing, and to increase rigidity of a foldable container remaining assembled in a box shape. SOLUTION: In the foldable container, an engaging through-hole 6d and an engaging block 6e are formed on an engaging part 6 arranged on a side wall 3 at first approximately vertically erected from the folded condition, and an engaging projection 5c which can be engaged in the engaging through-hole 6d and a recess 5e into which the engaging block 6e can be engaged are formed on the engaging part 5 arranged on the side wall 2 afterward approximately vertically erected. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent the engaged condition of the engaging part of the side wall with the engaging frame from releasing when a load such as a twisting is applied on the folding container under the assembled condition in a box shape, and it is possible to increase the rigidity of the folding container remaining assembled in the box shape.
