<p>Disclosed herein is exercise equipment for exercising the upper part of the body. The equipment includes a main body (100) having a holding part (110), and a cover casing (120) provided on one side of the holding part and having the shape of a pipe. A helical support part (200), having a cylindrical shape, is secured to a surface of the holding part and accommodated in the cover casing, with a helical groove (210) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the helical support part. A movable support part (300), having a shape of a pipe, is inserted into the cover casing, with a bearing (310) provided on the front end of the movable support part, so that the movable support part is movable rectilinearly or rotationally along the helical support part. Further, a handle (400) is provided on the rear end of the movable support part (300).</p> |
