A bottle sanitation facility using the resonance frequency is provided to remove solid materials on the enclosure formed in bottle by generating the resonance frequency for predetermined time. A bottle cleaning method using the resonance frequency comprises a step of installing a bottle having an enclosure with the predetermined height and an opening at one end; a step of turning the bottle upside down for the opening of the bottle to face down; a step of generating the resonance frequency at the frequency set in advance in the bottle; and a step of keeping the resonance frequency long enough to remove all of solid materials on the inner wall of the bottle. The set resonance frequency is partially decided by a structural difference of the bottle. The resonance frequency vibrates at the right level enough to remove any solid material on the inner wall of the bottle but does not vibrate as high as the bottle is broken.
