A signal processing apparatus of an optical scanning system is provided to miniaturize the system compared to an existing two-dimensional scanning system by using a linear light source unit arranged on a rotating body or a cycling mobile body, and variously scan a video. A two-dimensional optical scanning system comprises the followings: light source array(100,100') in which each luminous element separately radiates a modulated light so as to transmit video information; a mobile body which makes the light source array(100,100') rotated or linearly moved on a rotating body(200,200',200'',200''',400,400',600); a driving body(900,900') or a motor(700) which supplies driving power for rotation or linear movement; and a control unit which makes the driving body(900,900') or the motor(700) rotated or linearly moved. The two-dimensional optical scanning system further comprises the followings: a reference signal generating unit which generates or receives a signal for controlling screen compensation and a video location in order to generate various synchronizing signals or location signals for reproducing a video screen; and a driving unit which drives the light source array.
