<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which can maintain the signal quality of high-speed serial transfer, and also to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes first to N-th circuit blocks CB1 to CBN arranged along a direction D1, when a direction toward an opposing third side from a first side as the short side of the integrated circuit device is defined as the direction D1, and the direction toward an opposing fourth direction from the second side as the long side of the integrated circuit device is defined as a direction D2. Each of the circuit blocks CB1 to CBN includes a high-speed interface circuit block HB for transferring data via a serial bus using a differential signal and the circuit block other than the HB.
