<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide education services using a communication channel capable of distributing a multi-media educational material such as video images stored beforehand in on-line, while acquiring high education effect by communicating with an instructor based on the educational material. <P>SOLUTION: The educational service system comprises; a two-way communication server 10 for performing two-way communication by the multi-media; a content management server 20 for storing a multimedia content; a content distributing server 12 for distributing the content stored in the content management server to a user terminal; operation management systems 50 to 56. Thereby, services in which interactive service and automatic type service are combined, are provided. Moreover, functions for automatically performing lesson evaluation and level determination test, are included, and a record card in which a member lesson history is recorded is provided, and an automatic generation function of individual training point report and an educational plan and an automatic extracting function of a person to be followed, are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
