<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point card having a security function to safely manage points to be distributed to a customer or collected from the customer. <P>SOLUTION: A point application on a point card is pre-recorded with the following: attribute data determining whether the card is used for allowing a customer to own the card, used for distributing or collecting points at a store, or used for managing generated points by a point manager; acceptance attribute data to determine whether acceptance should be allowed or refused depending on which attribute data is owned by a card on a sender side in receiving a common point; and upper limit data indicating a point figure possible to be moved one time. After receiving a point dealing execution instruction from a dealing system, the card on a point acceptance side refers to the attribute data of the sender side card and compares it with the acceptance attribute data.
