PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clear an outline part of a character image printed on the basis of RGB image data. SOLUTION: The printer is equipped with (A) nozzles which form dots by ejecting ink towards a medium and print an image, (B) a controller for extracting the outline part of the image on the basis of image data when the image is to be printed on the basis of the image data expressed by RGB, and for forming the extracted part by only dots of black ink, and (C).
