PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a technology for satisfying these requests for a cylinder having a tumbler shaft in a position separate from a conventional cylinder shaft, in the light of a point of requiring even coping with picking being a kind of lock breaking, for requiring the enormous key different numbers and a complicated key system for the cylinder of a lock, since a management system is recently complicated in addition to the achievement of a large scale of a building and a management area. SOLUTION: By forming a tumbler rotating only in one direction from a conventional specific position as a tumbler structure rotating in both directions to the left-right sides from the specific position, a cylinder mechanism difficult for picking is achieved in response to the complicated key system by increasing the key different number. The tumbler structure and a duplicate key structure are made for rotating the tumbler of its cylinder in both directions of the left and right.
