PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting girder material of a lighting plate and a lighting device capable of facilitating the structure of the supporting girder material of the lighting plate, at the same time, facilitating the assembly and preventing the incursion of rain water to an indoor side by stably supporting the lighting plate. SOLUTION: The supporting girder material of the lighting plate comprises a vertical base 4 horizontally and continuously folding and providing a fixed plate 9 to the lower part of a vertical mounting plate 8 formed along the longitudinal direction of a longer plate body and downward inclinatorily and continuously folding and providing a pushing plate 10 having elastic habit to the fixing plate 9, a horizontal base 5 folding both sides in the longitudinal direction of a longer metal plate 11 to the above, forming a mounting plate 12 capable of mounting the lighting plate 3 and, at the same time, forming insertion connecting sections 13 lower than the mounting plate 12 in both end sections and enabling the insertion connecting sections 13 to insert into the vertical base 4 to connect, fixing metal fittings 6 fixed to the lower surface of the horizontal base 5 by approaching the connecting section between the vertical base 4 and the horizontal base 5 and fixing metal fittings 7 located on the lower surfaces of the fixing metal fittings 6 to enable them to connect with the fixing metal fittings 6 and mounting the upper parts of roofs 1 on them to enable the roofs 1 to respectively hold between both fixing metal fitting 6 and mounting plate 8.
