PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undergarment for lower half of the body capable of removing hematogenous disorder element, improving heat retaining property and releasing pressure to lymph node. SOLUTION: This undergarment for lower half of the body is such that a front side part covering the belly and a back side part covering the hip are connected to each other through a crotch lining part, the back edge center of a waist opening part is set to be positioned in a range from the upper edge part of the second lumbar part of the human body to the upper edge part of the third lumbar part, and the front edge center of the waist opening part is set to be positioned in a range of 100-150 mm below a position between the second lumbar part and the third lumbar part.
