PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection film which can be used without aging discoloration and without lowered reflectance, is excellent in dead-fold characteristics, can be burned away with little calorific value, and can be degraded by a microorganism when it is reclaimed, resulting in no waste problem. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester-based resin reflection film comprises titanium oxide having a vanadium content of 5 ppm or less, and has a titanium oxide content of 10% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less relative to the aliphatic polyester base resin composition containing the aliphatic polyester-based resin and the titanium oxide.
