PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply and beautifully applicable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet structure. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet structure is obtained by successively laminating a transparent release sheet 3, a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 and a surface substrate 1. The release sheet 3 has a residual intermediate surface part 4 for forming a non-adhesive surface so as to be left for forming a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 12 to a mating member subjected to pressure-sensitive adhesion and a scheduled peripheral edge removing part 5 releasable by separating from the residual intermediate surface part 4 along a separating line 8.
