PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily house garbage, by largely expanding an inlet of a garbage bag conventionally difficult to house the garbage. SOLUTION: Paper of processing regenerated paper rounded in a cylindrical shape and taking into consideration a global environment, is put inside the garbage bag of no stiffness, and the garbage is easily housed by standing the garbage bag in a cylindrical shape by enlarging the inlet of the garbage bag by using force of returning the rounded part to an original state.
