PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet, especially with which an overcoating layer excellent in resistance can be precisely transferred and, in addition, the desired adhesion with a pattern layer or the like formed on a peel ply can be ensured without providing an anchoring layer under the condition that at least the peel ply is provided on one side of a base material sheet. SOLUTION: In the transfer sheet 5, at least the peel ply 2 is provided on one side of the base material sheet 1, the peel ply 2 is a thin film self-adhesive curing layer made of a mixed composition of a polymerizable unsaturated polyol and an ionizing radiation curing type resin consisting of a photopolymerization initiator-containing monomer having an ethylenic unsaturated bond.
