PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article attaching apparatus which can attach various articles easily to various bodies for attachment. SOLUTION: The article attaching apparatus is equipped with a restrain film fitting unit which fits a restrain film BF on a bottle B, a virtue statement temporarily attaching unit which attaches a virtue statement D temporarily to the bottle B, using the binding film BF, and a heating unit which causes the restrain film BF to thermally shrink entirely by heating the bottle B to which the virtue statement is temporarily attached. The virtue statement temporarily attaching unit is equipped with a virtue statement inserting means 30 which inserts the virtue statement D between the restrain film BF, which is fitted on the bottle B, and the bottle B, a film separating means 40 which separates a virtue statement inserting position on the restrain film BF from the bottle B when the virtue statement D is inserted between the restrain film BF and the bottle B, a virtue statement positioning means 50 which positions the virtue statement D inserted between the restrain film BF and the bottle B, and a preliminarily heating means 60 for temporarily attaching the virtue statement D on the bottle by preliminarily heating the intermediate part of the restrain film BF.
