PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooking-assisting device capable of removing moisture of a pot skin part simultaneously with the cooking by solving a problem wherein the cooked rice in a rice cooker on a rice cooking pot surface contains much moisture and is not tasty. SOLUTION: This rice cooking-assisting net basket is constituted by forming a net 1 into a bottomed cylindrical shape.
