PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the locking of a front frame to an outer frame in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This locking device for the game machine is provided with: a turning shaft 35 provided in the front frame; a cylindrical member 70 provided in the outer frame; a ringed spring 80 provided in the cylindrical member 70, regularly positioned in a blocking state blocking a part of its inner space and turned into a non-blocking state by being elastically deformed; a screw 60 provided at the tip of the turning shaft 35; and a D-shaped cross sectional member 50 provided adjacent to its rear end part. The diameter of the upper face 63 of the head part 62 of the screw 60 is gradually enlarged as its becoming to the rear end of the turning shaft 35, the D-shaped cross sectional member 50 has a circular cross section with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the rear end of the upper face 63 of the head part 62 of the screw as a base and a plane part 54 formed by cutting its one side, and the lower face 64 of the head part 62 of the screw 60 prevents the screw 60 from retreating in the inner space of the cylindrical member 70 by abutting on the ringed spring 80 in the blocking state.
