PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting and lowering mechanism of a reaping part of a combine harvester, capable of performing reaping work at a comparatively stable reaping height without equipping a reaping height automatic controller. SOLUTION: The lifting and lowering mechanism of a reaping part of a combine harvester is obtained by liftably combining a raising device 7, a reaping device 8, and a reaping part 3 having a reaped culm transporting device 11, at the front part of a travelling body 2, wherein grounding bodies 25 for receiving and supporting the reaping part 3 on the field are equipped on the right and left ends of the lower side of the reaping part 3.
