The invention relates to the use of an anti-MAdCAM antibody, alone or in combination with other agents, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of metastatic cancer and/or chloroma. Methods of treatment for metastatic cancer and/or chloroma using a therapeutically effective amount of an anti- MAdCAM antibody alone or in combination with other agents are also included.
