Cationically hardened adhesive- and sealing mass, comprises (a) 0.1-40 wt.% of at least a cationically polymerizable polyfunctional monomer; (b) 0.1-5 wt.% of an initiator system for cationic polymerization with at least one photo initiator and/or at least a thermal initiator; (c) 65-90 wt.% of at least an inorganic filler; (d) 0.01-10 wt.% of hydrophobidized thixotropic agents; (e) 0.01-10 wt.% of liquid fluorinated polyol; (f) 0.01-5 wt.% of an adhesion mediator on silane basis; (g) 0.1-20 wt.% of flexibilizing agent on polyol basis; and (h) 0-50 wt.% of at least one modifier. Cationically hardened adhesive- and sealing mass, comprises (a) 0.1-40 wt.% of at least a cationic polymerizable polyfunctional monomer such as epoxide, oxetane and vinylether; (b) 0.1-5 wt.% of an initiator system for cationic polymerization with at least one photo initiator and/or at least a thermal initiator; (c) 65-90 wt.% of at least an inorganic filler; (d) 0.01-10 wt.% of a hydrophobidized thixotropic agents; (e) 0.01-10 wt.% of liquid fluorinated polyol; (f) 0.01-5 wt.% of an adhesion mediator on silane basis; (g) 0.1-20 wt.% of flexibilizing agent on polyol basis; (h) 0-50 wt.% of at least one modifier from dyes, stabilizers, complexing agents, water-absorbing substances, water-absorbing substances by chemical reaction, thickeners, fluorescent dyes, UV-absorbers, pigments, flow additives, dispersing additives and antifoaming agents. An independent claim is included for electronic or opto-electronic components, which are glued, sealed and/or encapsulated by using the adhesive- and sealing mass.
