A liquid droplet ejection device is provided to perform a flushing operation before a drawing operation with respect to a real drawing region provided in a roll-shaped workpiece. A liquid droplet ejection device performs the ejection of a functional liquid while relatively moving a liquid droplet ejection head and a workpiece. The liquid droplet ejection device has a head repairing unit. The head repairing unit is disposed in a transmission direction of the workpiece. The head repairing unit includes a flushing unit receiving an ejection from the liquid droplet head. The head repairing unit includes a suction unit compulsorily discharging the functional liquid from an ejection nozzle of the liquid ejection head by sucking the liquid ejection head.
