Provided are a difluoro benzonitrile-based compound, which has good electrical properties and high charge transport performances, and an organic light emitting device, which has a high efficiency, low voltage, high brightness, and a long life. The difluoro benzonitrile-based compound has a structure represented by the following formula 1. In the formula 1, each of Ar and Ar1 is independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C4-30 heterocyclic compound, each of R1 and R2 is independently one selected from a hydrogen atom, halogen, a cyano group, a formyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group, and a C4-30 heterocyclic compound, or R1 and R2 are bonded to each other to form a ring, n1 is an integer of 0-3, and n2 is an integer of 1-6.
