A life boat is provided to promptly expand the life boat by injecting air into all air chambers simultaneously. A life boat includes a ship body board(110), a body tube(120), and a slide absorbing unit(130). The ship body board is an air injection expansion type. The body tube is connected to the periphery of the ship body board. An opening is formed at tip ends of the body tube. The slide absorbing unit is formed on the bottom surface of the body tube. The at least one tip end of the body tube is tapered upward. The slide absorbing unit includes a slide bar insertion recess and a slide bar. The slide bar insertion recess is formed on the bottom surface of the body tube. The slide bar is detachably inserted into the slide bar insertion recess. The ship body board includes one air chamber and the body tube includes two air chambers. The life boat includes an air injection regulating unit.
