A soundproof wheel of a vehicle is provided to effectively reduce vibration/noise/friction noise by mounting a damping material on an inner groove of a wheel main body and preventing vibration generated between the wheel main body and a rail from being transferred to a vehicle wheel by absorbing high frequency vibration, and to easily install the damping material on the inner groove of the wheel main body. A soundproof wheel(1) of a vehicle comprises a wheel main body(10) formed with a lateral groove(11) on the inner surface to have a predetermined lateral gradient; a metallic ring damper(20) fixed in the lateral groove of the wheel main body to absorb vibration transferred from the wheel main body through lateral friction with the wheel main body; a damping member(30) installed on the ring damper to absorb vibration transferred from the wheel main body through plastic deformation and viscous damping of the material itself; and a metallic cover plate(40) installed on the damping member and combined on the ring damper to prevent the damping member from being separated.
