A remote controller having a variable battery contact part is provided to enable the contact part to be varied so as for an AA-type battery and an AAA-type battery to be received and enable a battery, received into a battery receiving part, to be stably supported, thereby enabling a user to use both of them regardless of battery standards because a short circuit is not generated at the battery contact and the electrical circuit for remotely controlling electronic devices is smoothly realized. A remote controller having a variable battery contact part comprises the followings: a remote controller body(100) which has a plurality of operation buttons(112) for inputting a wireless signal to electronic devices on the plane thereof; a battery receiving part(120) which receives a battery(140) in the other side of the remote controller body(100); a cover(130) which is connected to the battery receiving part(120); and a panel(150) which is slid on the other side of the cover(130) in a length direction of the battery(140), wherein a contact location is varied according to size of the battery.
