<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate and reduce processing to calculate phase rotational amounts from a reference signal point stored in a device, and to rotate a phase to be a signal point obtained as the result of the calculation of the phase rotational amounts with the signal point of already known timing as a reference signal point. <P>SOLUTION: This communication equipment includes a phase deciding part 57 for deciding the phase of an initial signal point so that the signal point of an already known timing among signal points obtained when modulating a first bit string by a differential coding system can be a predetermined phase, a signal point-series generation part 58 for modulating the first bit string by a differential coding system on the basis of the initial signal point, and for modulating a second bit string by an absolute phase system by using the signal point of the already known timing as a reference signal point and a data output part 60 for transmitting the modulated first bit string, and for transmitting the successively modulated second bit string. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
