<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly raise the transmission power of a radio communication apparatus with leaving its consumption current within a specified range according to a specified current value. <P>SOLUTION: A PC card terminal 1 operative with a power source fed from a mounted computer 20 has a transmission power controller 10 which determines a first limit transmission power, raises the transmission power of the PC card terminal 1 up to the first limit transmission power, and further raises the transmission power raised to the first limit transmission power at a rate lower than the raising rate by a first transmission power raising means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
