PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which advertisement information according to user's attributes in addition to news and mails is performed by voice in a distribution system of information such as news.

SOLUTION: An information transmitting server device comprises; a text information acquiring section for acquiring text information from an information storing device; an advertisement information acquiring section for acquiring the advertisement information from the information storing section; a voice information converting section for converting a part of the text information or a whole of the text information and acquiring output voice information; and an information transmitting section for transmitting the advertisement information which is the voice information and the advertisement information acquired by the advertisement information acquiring section, the output voice information acquired by the voice information converting section, and related information owned by the text information, to an information terminal device. Thereby, for example, a news article data base of the text and the advertisement information can be converted to the voice information and distributed.
