<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control system capable of attaining effective rotation driving and quietness for various type of motors as well as a short system development period with a motor change by establishing a function required for motor control and a function including an operation system associated with it. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit controls detection of a predetermined value indicating a rotational position of a brushless DC motor 1.
