<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit which is capable of smoothly rotating a reflecting mirror without imposing a large load on a mirror drive mechanism even when the shaft of the reflecting mirror deviates axially from that of a supporting point. <P>SOLUTION: Supporting point shafts 2 are set at a supporting stand 5; the supporting point shafts 2 are supported by bearing units 3 in a rotatable manner; the reflecting mirror 1 is linked to the supporting point shafts 2 and driven by an electromagnetic drive mechanism; and the projections 2a of the supporting point shaft 2 are linked to projections 1a provided to the ends of the reflecting mirror 1 through the intermediary of springs 6, so that the reflecting mirror 1 can be smoothly rotated without imposing a large load on the mirror drive mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
