<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting system having a journaling automatic creation function capable of creating a journaling automatically even if a user basically does not input and select summary (transaction details) data. <P>SOLUTION: The accounting system comprises a journaling pattern recording means for recording a plurality of journaling patterns corresponding to each customer; a customer input means for inputting the customer of transactions when the transactions are itemized; a journaling pattern extraction means for extracting a journaling pattern corresponding to the inputted customer from the journaling pattern recording means; a date input means for inputting the date of the transactions; an amount input means for inputting the amount of the transactions; and a journaling creation means for creating the journaling of the transactions automatically, based on the journaling pattern extracted by the journaling pattern extraction means and the date/amount data of the extracted journaling pattern inputted by the date input means and the amount input means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
