PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of applying to an activation-unknown compound and a protein with an unknown function or unknown three-dimensional structure without any basis on optimized energy using an experimental power field function regarding a mutual relationship between the protein and compound.

SOLUTION: The data processor provides a clustering section for respectively clustering a protein or kernel showing a distance between two or more of the known proteins, and a profile or kernel showing a distance between two or more of the known compounds, and a distributed data preparing section for preparing distributed data of known interactions for the known protein and known compound at the basis of the information of the known interactions between the known protein and known compound according to the clustering results of the known protein and the clustering results of the known compound by the clustering section.
